For November 8 (for Southeast Minnesota, Northeast Iowa, and Western Wisconsin)- In 2001, a warm front moved through into central Wisconsin. To the south of this warm front, strong southwest winds brought unseasonably warm air into the region. Temperatures across northeast Iowa, southeast Minnesota, and southwest Wisconsin climbed into the 70s. Meanwhile, temperatures in central Wisconsin remained in the upper 40s. The highest temperature was reported in Oelwein, IA (79, warmest November temperature).

- In 1985, Hokah, MN (6"), Ontario, WI (6"), and Waukon, IA (6") snow.
