.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS STATES WILL MOVE OFF
TO THE EAST TODAY ALLOWING DEEPENING LOW PRESSURE OVER COLORADO.
STRONG PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN THESE TWO SYSTEMS WILL PRODUCE
STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTH WINDS THROUGH TODAY AND INTO TONIGHT. AN
UPPER LEVEL STORM CURRENTLY OVER THE NORTHERN BAJA PENNINSULA
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN ROCKIES AND INTO THE CENTRAL HIGH
PLAINS BY TONIGHT. IT WILL ARRIVE TONIGHT AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME
THAT A CANADIAN COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE AREA FROM THE NORTH.
THE COMBINATION OF THESE TWO SYSTEMS WILL BRING SHOWERS, THUNDER
AND GENERAL RAIN TO THE AREA BEGINNING SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT. THE RAIN WILL CONTINUE ON AND OFF THROUGH THE DAY ON
