PRODUCING SNOWFALL OVER THE AREA. THESE ARE THE DAYTIME SNOWFALL 
TOTALS THROUGH THE FIRST 6 HOURS OF THE EVENT.  MORE SNOW CAN BE 
EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY IN THE THUMB...OVER NIGHT AS ONSHORE WINDS OFF
