BORDER TO 6 INCHES OVER PARTS OF THE TRI-CITIES OVERNIGHT. SNOW 
CHANGED OVER TO RAIN AS THE LOW TRACKED NORTH OF CHICAGO AND OVER 
LAKE MICHIGAN BRINGING WARMER AIR INTO THE REGION.
