Strong Storm System November 12th-13th, 2003

A strong low pressure system tracked across the Great Lakes November 12th-13, 2003, bringing severe weather ahead of it and strong winds behind it. There was a confirmed F1 tornado in Tuscola County. Included below are numerous high wind reports across Southeast Michigan.

THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS REPORTS OF LARGE TREE LIMBS AND WIRES DOWN 
THROUGHOUT SOUTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN. MOST OF THE DAMAGE OCCURRED 
FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS THIS MORNING.
