Jim W. Lee took these pictures on May 18th, 1997. The pictures were taken around 7:00 PM, 3 miles north of Downey, Iowa facing the northwest. You can image the strong cloud base rotation in number 3.  Jim got to see it firsthand, that is for sure. Jim was about 3/4 of a mile from the wall cloud.
