Winter Weather Awareness 2009

Can you believe it is already that time of year when we need to start thinking about winter coats, snow shovels, and icy roads?  Throughout the month of November, the National Weather Service Office in the Quad Cities will encourage Winter Weather Awareness and Preparedness.
