Wind estimates are made based on damage. The degrees of damages listed below are placed in the EF scale which matches expected wind speeds.
Lower or upper bound wind speeds may cause damage rated at lower or higher EF scales. These lower, upper and expected wind speeds are noted below as (lower-expected-upper)
