The highest temperature of the season was 97 degrees recorded on August 12th, and the lowest temperature of 52 degrees occurred on August 25th.

The total precipitation at St Joseph Rosecrans Memorial airport for the summer 2010 season (June-August) was 19.95 inches, which is 8.05 inches above the 30-year average. This would rank summer 2010 as the 5th wettest summer season in the longer term 101 year record in St Joseph (though precipitation data for this site is incomplete).
