. RAPID WEEKEND WARM-UP WILL DRIVE RIVERS ABOVE FLOOD STAGES. THERE
HAVE BEEN NO MAJOR CHANGES FROM THE PREVIOUS FORECAST EXCEPT FOR
SLIGHTLY QUICKER RISES IN RIVER LEVELS. THERE IS STILL SOME
UNCERTAINTY DUE TO SOIL CONDITIONS AND INFILTRATION
RATES...ESPECIALLY FOR THE NORTHERN PART OF THE RED RIVER
BASIN...FORECAST TEMPERATURES...AND FORECAST PRECIPITATION. ALSO
RIVER LEVELS MAY FLUCTUATE AS ICE MOVES THROUGH THE AREA RIVERS AND
STREAMS.
