  * THE WILD RICE RIVER (MN) AT TWIN VALLEY AFFECTING NORMAN COUNTY
  * THE TWO RIVERS RIVER NEAR HALLOCK AFFECTING KITTSON COUNTY

.SNOWMELT RUNOFF CONTINUES TO MAKE ITS WAY THROUGH THE TRIBUTARIES
TO THE RED RIVER IN NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. ICE IN 
SOME RIVER CHANNELS MAY STILL CAUSE FLUCTUATIONS IN LEVELS. SOME 
UNCERTAINTY CONTINUES WITH THE FORECASTS BASED ON INFILTRATION
RATES AND POTENTIAL RAINFALL NEXT WEEK. THE RAINFALL NEXT WEEK
MAY IMPACT ULTIMATE CREST LEVELS.

THIS FORECAST IS FOR A 7 DAY PERIOD...THE HIGHEST STAGE INDICATED 
MAY NOT REFLECT THE CREST FOR THIS FLOOD EVENT. FORECASTS ARE 
UPDATED DAILY AND STAGE VALUES WILL CHANGE AS NEW WEATHER AND
