DAKOTA / NWS CLIMATE STATION. THE MEAN TEMPERATURE WAS A FEW TENTHS
OF A DEGREE BELOW THE 30 YEAR MEAN...WHICH IS WELL WITHIN THE 
EXPECTED CLIMATE VARIANCE. THE TOTAL RAINFALL OF 13.43 WAS 3.38 
INCHES ABOVE NORMAL...MAKING IT THE 15TH WETTEST METEOROLOGICAL 
SUMMER AT THE UND/NWS STATION.
