Significant rain fell over the southern Red River valley, with Ransom and Sargent counties receiving 3-6 inches of rain, Aberdeen had nearly 8 inches of rain. About 2 inches fell in Grand Forks, with not much rain at all in our far northeast CWA. This rain was courtesy of a large low pressure system that slowly moved into the central plains.
