Summary

There was no river flooding in the area during November.

There were no flash flood or river flood events in November.

General Hydrologic Information

Temperatures in November were near normal to above normal across the region, with most areas running 1 to 3 degrees above the 30 year average. Precipitation for the month was below to much below normal. Most of the region received less than ½ inch of precipitation for the month, which is 1 to 1 ½ inches below normal.
 
Soil Moisture conditions at the end of November were near normal to slightly below normal. The long term drought indices showed near normal conditions across the entire region, with the exception of the areas along and west of the Missouri River in South Dakota where moderate drought conditions prevailed.
