Summary

November 2005 was a warm and fairly wet month across the region.

Flooding

There was no river flooding in November. There were also no flash flood events.

General Hydrologic Information

Temperatures in November were above normal across the entire region. Average temperatures for the month were generally 4 to 6 degrees above the 30 year average.
 
Precipitation for the month was above normal for all of the region. Precipitation totals ranged from 0.1 to 1.3 inches above normal (105% to 180% of normal).
Soil Moisture conditions at the end of November were near normal across the southern portions of the region, and up to 3 inches above normal in the northeast. The National Drought Monitor indicated near normal conditions for all of the region.
