INSTEAD HUMID CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT TODAY. BEHIND THE FRONT...WINDS WILL BECOME NORTHERLY AND INCREASE TO 10 TO 20 MPH WITH A FEW HIGHER GUSTS. IT WILL ALSO BE LESS HUMID BEHIND THE FRONT WITH THE MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY FROM 25 TO 35 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON WEST OF THE JAMES RIVER. HIGHS TODAY WILL BE IN THE 80S TO LOWER 90S.
