An upper level low pressure system tracked across south central Kansas early Saturday morning, and will lift across northeastern Kansas and southeast Nebraska during the afternoon. This system has been responsible for widespread rainfall across south central Nebraska and north central Kansas during the 24 hour period ending at 700 AM Saturday, March 31st.

Some of the higher rainfall totals in the past 24 hours ending at 700 AM CDT Saturday included:

1.10 inches at Plainville, Kansas
1.08 inches at Hebron, Nebraska
1.04 inches at Palco, Kansas
