Hail or Snow?

During the evening of May 4, 2005 an isolated thunderstorm pushed across Sherman County producing about 25 minutes of hail around the Goodland area. Hail reports ranged from dime to quarter size. There were also several reports of vehicle accidents due to the slick roads, and of snow plows clearing the roads.

The pictures below were taken by a NWS employee at the office in Goodland.
