Severe Weather of Northeast and North-Central Wisconsin
Updated with 2012 Reports.
Severe weather statistics for northeast Wisconsin are available here. The stats were compiled for the period 1950-2011. (The most recent year's data will be compiled and updated during the winter.) Please note that severe weather data from the 1950s-1970s are not as complete as more recent years due to improved spotter networks/reporting procedures and more detailed post-storm analysis.
The complete "Tornado Guide for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin" is available by clicking here (2.3 MB). All files are in Microsoft Office 2010 format.
Note: A "storm report" is an event consisting of either 3/4" hail or larger, thunderstorm winds of 58 mph (50 knots) or greater, or a tornado.
