April 24th Reno County Tornado! (4/25/2007)

Multiple Tornadoes from supercell in Reno and Rice Counties.

During the evening hours of Tuesday April 24th, a small but powerful supercell thunderstorm tracked across Northwest Reno County.

Image 1 is a radar image of the small supercell at around 715pm. This storm produced several small short-lived tornadoes across Northwest Reno County. Image 2, Image 3, Image 4, Image 5, and Image 6 are pictures of some of the small funnels this storm produced.

Image 7 is a track map showing the tornado touchdowns in Reno County. The reports in red and blue are suspected to be the same tornado.

A final tornado count has not been completed yet.
