Third Longest Stretch of Consecutive days of 60 Degrees or
 Greater
 

At Wichita Mid-Continent Airport the last time the temperature dropped below 60 degrees was May 21st 2010. Monday August 23rd, 2010 marked 94 consecutive days where the temperature has not been below 60 degrees. This is the third longest stretch, with the longest stretch occurring in 1922 with 98 consecutive days above 60 degrees.  Coming in at second place was 1980 with 96 days of temperatures at or above 60 degrees.  With a forecasted low of 58 degrees Tuesday night, the expected length of the current stretch will end at 95 days keeping it at 3rd place.
