Desutter Receives 15 Year Service Award

Carol Desutter Attica 2 E Indiana observer received a 15 year length of service award on June 28th 2006.  Besides doing an excellent job observing temperatures and precipitation and maintaining a Fischer & Porter gage, Carol also grows beautiful flowers.

 

Presenting the award was Phil Gray of the National Weather Service in Indianapolis .
