Donald and Pam Detering of Freelandville, Indiana were presented with a 20 year Length of Service Award.

Donald and Pam started the cooperative weather station May 1, 1983. They record temperature, precipitation and snowfall data daily along with the river stage at Edwardsport. This information is sent to the National Weather Service in Indianapolis to be included with daily reports from across the state.
