THE TORNADO MOVED INTO THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF WASHINGTON...WITH
PROPERTY DAMAGE IN THE CITY OF WASHINGTON. AN ENTIRE HOME WAS
KNOCKED OFF OF ITS FOUNDATION NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF FOURTH
AND SYCAMORE STREETS.
