Powell Receives Special Service Award

Earl Powell from Whitestown Indiana received a Special Service Award on August 31, 2007.  Earl was honored for his outstanding service to the co-op program.  Due to health issues Earl was forced to retire from the program after 3 years.  His dedication, in the form of always on time and correct reports, and positive attitude will be greatly missed.
