Henry Wallis of Danville Indiana received his 10 year length of Service award on August 17th, 2009. Henry is an avid weather watcher and actually kept records for many years prior to joining the Co-op program.
The Award was presented by Observing Program Leader Ed Terrrell and Service Hydrologist Al Shipe from NWS Indianapolis.
