A SURVEY OF DAMAGE IN THE FRANCESVILLE AREA HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE
CONSISTENT WITH A BRIEF TORNADO TOUCHDOWN. 5 POWER POLES WERE
PUSHED OVER ON ROUTE 421 WITH A POLE BARN BEING DESTROYED NEAR
THE INTERSECTION OF BILL AND JAMES STREET. IN ADDITION...TREES
WERE BLOWN DOWN IN THE 400 BLOCK OF EAST MONTGOMERY.

ROAD. POWER POLES SUFFERED DAMAGE IN THE AREA. EYEWITNESS ACCOUNTS
INDICATED THE CIRCULATION WAS ONLY ON THE GROUND FOR A NUMBER OF
SECONDS BEFORE LIFTING.
