1932 -- Lightning struck and killed a flock of 52 geese in Manitoba. They fell to earth and were distributed for goose dinners.

1996 -- Lightning caused a barn fire at Trafalgar, Indiana, killing the livestock inside.

1999 -- 69 mph winds broke pine trees in Bourbon (Marshall County). A roof was blown off of a repair shop in Etna Green (Kosciusko County). Flooding was experienced in the Indiana counties of Wabash, Huntington, and Allen.
