1899 -- Thunderstorms dropped 4.78" of rain on downtown Fort Wayne.

1965 -- Thunderstorms produced 100 mph winds in Lake County, Indiana.

1986 -- A tornado cut a path nine miles long across Adams County, throwing 500 trees into the Saint Marys River. Twin funnels were seen for the first few miles.

2000 -- Thunderstorm winds blew down trees in eastern Lagrange County and around Orland in Steuben County.

2003 -- An F1 tornado touched down briefly at the intersection of Logan Street and Dragoon Trail in Mishawaka (Saint Joseph County Indiana). 79 mph winds were reported three miles south of South Bend and two miles south of Koontz Lake (Starke County). 75 mph winds removed roofs, blew a semi over, and toppled trees and power lines in and south of South Bend, with the Blair Hills subdivision being particularly hard hit. 70 mph winds were felt in Hicksville (Defiance County) and in Fort Shawnee (Allen County Ohio). An F0 tornado touched down briefly near the intersection of OH 65 and I-75, damaging a barn.
