1923 -- 6.5" of rain caused creeks in Chester Township near North Manchester, Indiana to rise three feet in two minutes.

1998 -- Heavy rain caused extreme flooding in the Mississinewa River at Marion, Indiana. Residences were evacuated and the National Guard was called in to help sandbag. A dike nearly collapsed, but managed to hold together.

1999 -- Trees were blown down at Templain Lake (Saint Joseph County, Michigan).

2002 -- Trees and power lines blown down throughout Hillsdale County during severe thunderstorms.
