1883 -- Snowmelt and rain caused a major flood on the Eel River at North Manchester.

1930 -- Goshen rose to 68°.

1989 -- Two feet of lake effect snow buried Gary, Indiana. Twenty inches fell on Porter County.

1990 -- Fort Wayne's wettest February day, with 3.03" of precipitation.

1993 -- Into the 23rd, two feet of lake effect snow fell on northern Indiana. South Bend got 15.1" in 24 hours.

2003 -- Rain changed to freezing rain, which then changed to snow, with accumulations of eleven inches around Marion and Hartford City. Nine to ten inches fell in Van Wert and Ottawa.
