1994 -- Snow fell at a rate of as much as 2" per hour today in northern Indiana, totaling up to 10" . Tonight and on the 26th winds to 60 mph created white-out conditions, closing Interstate 65. Snow emergencies were declared over much of northern Indiana and an estimated 1400 travelers were stranded.
