1997 -- 61 mph winds were reported at Hamler, Ohio. Four inches of rain in Defiance County caused widespread flooding. 60mph winds at Leipsic and Bluffton, Ohio. Cranberry Creek flooded homes in Putnam County.

2001 -- 67 mph winds three miles south of Wolcott (White County). Thunderstorm winds moved a garage off its foundation in Clymers (Cass County Indiana).

2003 -- 67 mph thunderstorm winds struck the Northern Indiana NWS office (Kosciusko County). Trees and power lines were blown down throughout the region. A barn was blown down near Cecil (Paulding County). Flash flooding was a problem in White, Cass Indiana, Miami, and Jay counties. Roads were blocked by water a foot deep in Monon (White County) and by water two feet deep across Cass County Indiana. Pipe Creek and Little Pipe Creek flooded near Bunker Hill (Miami County). Many county roads were washed out and impassible in Jay County.

2008 -- A small EF0 tornado tracked from near South Whitley, IN in Whitley County, northeastward to near Wallen, IN in Allen County Indiana.
