1842 -- A farmer near Huntertown reported a light frost.

1946 -- A small tornado hit northwest of Waterloo, Indiana.

1998 -- A tornado caused F2 destruction from Winamac to Monterey, Indiana. One home and barn destroyed, four mobile homes destroyed, extensive tree damage. An F1 tornado struck Swayzee (Grant County) causing tree and home damage. Another twister devastated a mobile home park, Mikel Mobile Estates, in Kosciusko County with F1 strength. An F1 tornado moved into Grant County southeast of Fairmount causing damage to farms, including one farm where three large silos were blown into the farm house. An F1 tornado struck near Poneto (Wells County) damaging a handful of farms. An F1 tornado touched down near Boundary City (Jay County) and completely destroyed a modular home.

1999 -- Trees and power lines were blown down by thunderstorms in Williams, Defiance, White, Berrien, and Hillsdale counties.

2001 -- Thunderstorm winds blew trees down in South Bend, LaPorte, and Westville (LaPorte County).
