KYTC DISTRICT 10 REPORTED HWY 11 WAS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 11 AND 12...AND HWY 1057 WAS CLOSED BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 4 AND 5. THE WATER RECEEDED AND THE ROADS WERE OPENED BY 225 PM.

CLEAR CREEK ROAD...DARK HOLLOW ROAD...WALTON ROAD OUT IN THE COUNTY HAVE ALL BEEN CLOSED. THE END OF POPLAR ROAD IN RAVENNA HAS ALSO BEEN CLOSED. THESE CLOSURES ARE ALL DUE TO WATER FLOWING OVER THE ROADS. EXACT DEPTH OF WATER UNKNOWN.
