FOR NORTH PLATTE...THE AVERAGE DAILY MEAN TEMPERATURE FOR JANUARY
WAS 24.8 DEGREES AND WAS 0.2 DEGREES BELOW THE NORMAL OF 25.0
DEGREES. THE AVERAGE DAILY HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 39.0 DEGREES...WHICH
WAS 0.1 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 38.9 DEGREES. THE AVERAGE DAILY
LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 10.5 DEGREES...WHICH WAS 0.6 DEGREES BELOW THE
NORMAL OF 11.1 DEGREES. NO DAILY RECORD TEMPERATURES WERE SET DURING
THE MONTH OF JANUARY FOR NORTH PLATTE.

FOR VALENTINE...THE AVERAGE DAILY MEAN TEMPERATURE FOR JANUARY WAS
24.2 DEGREES WHICH WAS 0.6 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 23.6 DEGREES.
THE AVERAGE DAILY HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 36.8 DEGREES WHICH WAS 0.3
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 36.5 DEGREES. THE AVERAGE DAILY LOW
TEMPERATURE WAS 11.6 DEGREES WHICH WAS 0.9 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL
OF 10.7 DEGREES. ONE DAILY RECORD HIGH MINIMUM TEMPERATURE WAS TIED
DURING THE MONTH. ON THE TENTH...THE LOW TEMPERATURE IN VALENTINE
