Very Cold Overnight Again Across
  Western & North Central Nebraska

Arctic surface high pressure as high as 1047 millibars, was located across western and north central Nebraska by dawn Wednesday. Due to remaining snow cover and dry air in the lower levels of the atmosphere, all reporting locations had minimum temperatures well below zero overnight.
