Preliminary Storm Damage Information - April 14th & 15th, 2012

SATURDAY APRIL 14TH - FIVE TORNADOES WERE REPORTED THAT TOUCHED DOWN   
IN OPEN AREAS WHERE NO DAMAGE, INJURIES OR FATALITIES WERE  
REPORTED. IN THE EARLY EVENING FOUR TORNADOES TOUCHED DOWN IN  
CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80, AND ONE IN NORTHWEST  
CUSTER COUNTY NEAR ANSELMO. AT THIS TIME ALL FIVE TORNADOES ARE  
RATED AN EF0 WITH WIND SPEEDS OF 65 TO 85 MPH. EVENT PATH LENGTHS  
AND WIDTHS REMAIN UNDER REVIEW AT THIS TIME.

SUNDAY APRIL 15TH - TWO TORNADOES WERE REPORTED IN WHEELER COUNTY.   
THE FIRST TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN FIVE MILES NORTHEAST OF ERICSON WHERE  
A STORM DAMAGE SURVEY FOUND ONE POLE BARN SUSTAINING HEAVY DAMAGE  
AND A SECOND LARGER OUTBUILDING WHERE THE CANVAS ROOF WAS DESTROYED.  
THE SECOND TORNADO BRIEFLY TOUCHED DOWN NINE MILES NORTH NORTHEAST  
OF BARTLETT WITH NO DAMAGE REPORTED.
