Downslope westerly winds will aid the warm up today. High level moisture streaming over the top of an area of high pressure aloft, will bring mid and high level clouds to our region today.
A cool front will sweep across the forecast area by Thursday evening. Slightly cooler but still unseasonably warm temperatures are expected again on Friday.
Unseasonably mild temperatures will be found across our region today - when afternoon high temperatures will reach the lower to middle 60s over southwestern parts of Nebraska.
