Shortly after midnight on April 20th, 2011, a tornado briefly touched down in Oldham County:

End time: 12:49am EDT
Begin point: 1.9 miles northwest of Lagrange
End point: 1.7 miles northwest of Lagrange
Wind speed: 90mph
Path length: 0.2 mile
Path width: 80 yards
Injuries: 0
Fatalities: 0
The tornado destroyed a small barn and snapped large hardwood trees about 30 feet off the ground when it touched down. Roof damage occurred as well.

Most damage was to trees and power lines. Some minor barn damage.
