Path width:  90 feet

Narrative: An NWS storm survey team confirmed staight-line wind damage east of Salem, Indiana along Route 160.  The roof of a double-wide trailer imploded due to the strong winds.  Also, one barn was completely destroyed with another barn receiving significant damage to about half of the structure.
