Severe Weather Assessment:
A deepening area of low pressure and trailing cold front interacted with an unseasonably warm and unstable atmosphere on November 5th, 2005 to produce a classic fall severe weather outbreak across Missouri and Illinois during the evening hours. Numerous reports of large hail and damaging winds were received.
