In order to facilitate the standardization of Climatological Data between different National Weather Service Offices, all of our archived Preliminary Local Climatological Data are now located under the Past Weather Records link.  In addition to the St. Louis, Columbia and Quincy data, we have also started archiving data for the other automated sites in our area.  The image below is a snapshot of the page that will open when you click on the Past Weather Records link.  I trust this new system will meet all of your data needs.
