  • Veterans Day 1911 saw a dramatic cold front move through with a high of 78 degrees followed by a record low of 18 degrees late that evening!  In additon, an inch of snowfall was observed (also a record for the date) behind the front in the cold air.  A tale of two seasons indeed!
