The registration form for the 15th Annual Northern Plains Convective Workshop is available via the link below. Please complete the form and attach it in an email to Tom Hultquist, Science and Operations Officer at the National Weather Service Twin Cities Forecast Office. There is a $25 registration fee for the conference, and details on how to pay the fee are included on the form.

Registrations are due by March 18, 2011. Anyone who registers after the deadline may not receive a complete information packet. In addition, those who register on-site at the conference will need to pay via check.
