...Precipitation...

In the past 24 hours little precipitation occurred over the NCRFC
area. Precipitation that did occur fell as rain in northern
Minnesota... northern Wisconsin... and northern Michigan around
the Great Lakes region. Rainfall amounts were typically less than
one-quarter inch.

Over the next 24 hours... little precipitaion is expected over the 
NCRFC area.  Some light amounts of precipitation may occur over
the upper penninsula of Michigan and northern Michigan.  Amounts
are not expected to exceed one-quarter inch.
 


...Hydrologic Conditions...

The Red River of the North in the Fargo area continues to have
have stages.  Which are expected to remain high for a number of
days.

Mean while in central and eastern Iowa the stages are falling
for the most part.  As they are in most of eastern Missouri ...
with a number of points still rising in Illinois.
