HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL FORECAST DISCUSSION

...Precipitation...

Over the past 24 hours little precipitation occurred over the
NCRFC area. Widespread light precipitation fell over most of
the state of Michigan.  Heaviest amounts of accumulation occurred
in northern Michigan and the upper peninsula of Michigan. 
Amounts were generally under two tenths of an inch.

In the next 24 hours... light precipitation may occur over parts
of Minnesota... Wisconsin... Iowa... and Illinois.  Amounts are
not expected to be more than two tenths of an inch.


...Hydrologic Conditions...

Flooding continues on the Red River of the North in the Fargo
area.  While the Wild Rice River in North Dakota has crested.
The Red at Fargo still has a little more to rise.

In Iowa the streams aer falling as are most of the tribs in
eastern Missouri.  A number of streams are still rising in
Illinois as is the Illinois River on its lower end.

The Mississippi River is near crest from Lock and Dam 25 to
St. Louis.  Chester still has a little more to rise.
