...Precipitation...

In the past 24 hours little rainfall occurred over the NCRFC
area. Light precipitation occurred over most of Minnesota...
Iowa.. and Illinois.  Amounts of accumulation were typically less
than two tenths of an inch.

Over the next 24 hours... no significant precipitation is expected
in the NCRFC area.  Some light precipitation may occur in eastern
Michigan and the upper peninsula of Michigan.  Amounts are not
expected to exceed much higher than one tenth of an inch. 


...Hydrologic Conditions...

The Red River of the North in the Fargo area remains at high levels
and will do so for a number of days.

High stages continue in eastern Iowa.  The Mississippi River down
to Chester is falling at this time.  Mean while the lower Illinois
River continues to rise and will do so for about three days.
