HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL FORECAST DISCUSSION
NWS NORTH CENTRAL RIVER FORECAST CENTER TWIN CITIES/CHANHASSEN MN

...Precipitation...

In the past 24 hours little rainfall occurred over the NCRFC
area. Light precipitation occurred over most of Michigan.  
Amounts of accumulation were typically less than one tenth 
of an inch.

Over the next 24 hours... no significant precipitation is expected
in the NCRFC area.


...Hydrologic Conditions...


The Red River of the North in the Fargo area has crested and the
stages are going down.  Their will be rises downstream as the flow
travels to the north.

High stages are still occuring in Iowa ... eastern Missouri ...
and Illinois.  Stages are falling except for the lower Illinois
River at the lower end which will be rising for a couple of more
days.
