Rainfall Totals: 19th Through 23rd

Slow Moving Low Pressure Responsible For Heavy Rain

...With Showers & Storms Continued Through The Weekend...

A slow moving low pressure system is responsible for the widespread heavy rain totals across the state.  This storm was also responsible for bringing up to 9" of snow to the higher elevations of the Black Hills, and the numerous small hail storms that occurred Saturday. A special thanks goes out to all observers who sent in their rain and snow & hail observations over the last couple of days! Updated with rainfall reports from Sundays precipitation, which mainly occurred in the eastern part of the state.
